Whenever we attend a party or a get together, it is always a great way to meet new women and start a conversation with them. You had the courage to go up to her and the signs of flirting seem there, but how can you actually know?
Well most people are unfamiliar with signs of flirting and may either get the wrong signal or not even notice these telling signs. Girls show interest and flirtatious behavior through their body language. Some people say 90% of communication is nonverbal. In order to understand why she keeps walking by, mimics your body movement, gives you light touches, and glances over we must remember that a woman is always conscious of what she is doing.

If there is a woman in the room that you feel is giving you the right kind of energy, be conscious as to see if she keeps walking by. If she ends up crossing your path more than three times in a single night, chances are this isn’t by chance. This is her way to letting you know she is giving you a clear sign of flirting but she is playing hard to get. Usually this is a green light for you to commence a conversation with her. Next time she passes by you, don’t pass up the opportunity to start a conversation with her.
Another tell tale sign she is flirting with you is if she begins to mimic your body movements. Imitation of course is the best form of flattery and in this case is no different. Watch to see if she mimics any of your body movements such as how you hold your drink. This is a way for her to show her interest and to give a sign of flirting to you.
Invading your personal space and giving you light touches is another obvious sign of flirting. If she breaks the personal space barrier and touches you on the arm or a subtle brush of the knee, this can be a sign that she is flirting with you. No girl would even attempt to touch a guy if they aren’t in the least interested in them. If she doesn’t give you any light touches that doesn’t mean she isn’t interested. She doesn’t have to touch you to show her interest. It could just be the way she glances over to you for most of the night.
When a woman glances over to you numerous times in a night, this means there is something in that vicinity which is grabbing her attention. And that something is YOU! If she gives you eye contact or glances over to your area noticeably you are probably correct in assuming that she is glancing over at you. Don’t shun away from the moments your eyes meet, use it as a way to giver back some of the flirting she is sending your way.

However, it is good to start understanding some of the signs of flirting as you can now be better equipped when knowing you have sparked interest in her.
